Youth interviewing skills

We had a great time learning how to use the equipment that was supplied by EASE. In the attatched photos you can see us using the microphone with a Olympus digital voice recorder, we then went on to the FCLC ( feltham computer learning centre) where we edited our audio recordings. As you can see we had a great time and were very happy with the finished product.

The end to a good week.

The page road media Project was a great success. We learnt new skills that included inverviewing the public on and off the estate, also we learnt camera skills. We also were able to edit our work with the help of a great teacher natalie. Watch this space! Soon to come, Our video on life on Page Road.

Interview with TOP youth worker!!!

Posted by Joseph and Portia

We interviewed Peter Bourne about what he thinks needs to change on Page Road. Peter thinks that there's nothing to do on the estate for us and so we sometimes end up getting in trouble...

One of the young people on the estate reveals all

(posted by Joseph)

I spoke to Portia who is 12 about changes on Page Road and the effects of all the building and construction on the kids. She doesn't like when her flat shakes when the building work happens.

Interview with Syreeta on the Page Road Estate

(Posted by Angel)

Syreeta Roberts has been living on the estate for 10 years and she has 2 children, Ashley who is 12 and Lorelle who is 3.

Khalifa and I went to interview her about the changes on the estate and her views on the major redevelopment. We wanted to find out what residents on the estate thought.

Our first blog!

We're up and running! This is just a test.
